In the early 90s of the last century, it began to introduce and use simulation teaching aids to train students' clinical thinking and clinical skills in clinical department teaching. In 2004, on the basis of many years of clinical experiments and clinical simulation teaching, a clinical skill experimental teaching center (hereinafter referred to as the center) was established earlier in the country. The construction of the center is aimed at "strengthening the training of students' clinical ability and professional quality", with the basic idea of ​​"integrating single-disciplinary clinical experiments and reforming single-skill training as systematic clinical skills training", with "appropriate scale, complete functions, complete system, "Advanced equipment and strong applicability" as the principle, with the combination of full-time and part-time, high-quality teaching team as the guarantee, update the concept, integrate the content, establish a scientific, modern, systematic and standardized clinical skills training system, and become students' clinical professional knowledge learning, A platform for clinical practice ability training and professional comprehensive quality training. The center's existing building area is 3000 square meters, with diagnostics, laboratory diagnostics, medical imaging diagnosis classrooms, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, anesthesiology, and nursing There are 38 skill rooms including multi-station exams, with 300 pieces of experimental equipment, with a total value of 15 million yuan. The center environment, conditions, and equipment basically cover clinical skills training programs to meet the actual needs of clinical teaching. Covers eight clinical skills training modules, including laboratory diagnosis, imaging diagnosis, surgery, clinical skills, nursing skills, anesthesia skills, standardized patients and clinical data, and comprehensively and systematically cultivates students' clinical ability and thinking, and builds a A platform to strengthen clinical skills training in the early stage of clinical practice.


After twelve years of construction, the center has become a clinical skill experimental teaching center with larger scale, more complete functions, higher levels, and better talent training effects in China. In 2013, it was rated as a national experimental teaching demonstration center and in 2015. It was rated as a national-level virtual simulation experiment teaching demonstration center. The annual undergraduate teaching tasks are about 40,172 hours; there are currently 2 national quality resource sharing courses that support the construction; in 2013, he won the first prize of the national college student clinical skills finals, and in 2014, he won one second prize of national teaching achievement, 2015 In April 2004, he won the silver prize in the Moscow International Medical Students' Clinical Skills Gold Competition. The center has received more than 500 visits by experts and teachers from medical colleges and universities at home and abroad. The construction level, operation management, and training effects of the center have left a deep impression on visitors and become a model model for regional and even national experimental teaching centers.
